Duplex Addition
This client had an empty former office space adjacent to an existing apartment with no access to laundry. We designed a new space, using the empty office space to provide separated laundry for the newly created duplex. The addition was designed for wheelchair access, spacious bathroom, and an open concept.
Major Exterior Upgrades
Rebuild/reface failing block wall, repair rotten siding and framing, replace fascia, strip and repair decking and reface chimneys with Genstone faux stone, and other exterior repairs for a recently acquired rental unit.
